The RoleWe are looking for a fully remote team member who can work from anywhere in Canada. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required because training will be provided. You will help manage social media interactions, respond to messages and comments, and engage with online audiences to support our company’s digital presence.
Primary Duties- Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms
- Engage with followers to build positive relationships
- Assist in creating simple posts or content when needed
- Track and report engagement metrics
- Support the social media team with daily online activities
- Learn social media management tools and best practices
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Good written communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
