Job Description:
TD Asset Management (TDAM) is one of Canada's largest investment managers, offering a broad range of solutions for institutional and retail investors. We are seeking a highly results-driven and innovative Vice President & Director, Digital Content to lead the strategy and execution of digital content programs that generate measurable business outcomes.
This senior leader will transform TDAM's digital content ecosystem into a growth engine - driving awareness, lead generation, funnel conversion, and advisor engagement through data-informed strategies. The successful candidate will be accountable for aligning content to business objectives, enabling the sales organization, and ensuring content delivers value across the investor journey.

The successful candidate will be accountable for aligning content to business objectives, enabling the sales organization, and ensuring content delivers value across the investor journey.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a digital content strategy that drives measurable business outcomes including pipeline growth, lead conversion, and advisor engagement.
- Align content initiatives with TDAM's distribution, product, and marketing goals, ensuring content actively supports revenue growth.
- Champion a performance marketing mindset, using analytics to prove ROI and continuously refine strategy.
- Serve as a key advisor to TD Wealth and TDAM senior leadership on how digital content can accelerate business outcomes.
Demand Generation & Funnel Enablement
- Lead content programs that fuel top-of-funnel awareness, mid-funnel nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel conversions across digital channels.
- Partner with sales enablement, distribution, and product marketing to ensure content meets advisor and client needs at every stage of the buyer journey.
- Oversee campaign delivery development (web, email, social, video, interactive tools) optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Leverage marketing automation, personalization, and targeted content strategies to support advisor acquisition and client retention.
Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Establish content performance KPIs (traffic, engagement, lead conversion, pipeline influence) and report regularly to business leaders.
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and digital insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
- Drive SEO, accessibility, and digital best practices to maximize content visibility and impact.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of digital content strategists and publishers with a focus on business impact and accountability.
- Collaborate across marketing, distribution, product, and compliance to deliver content that is timely, compliant, and commercially effective.
- Foster a culture of innovation and performance within the digital content team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital content, demand generation, or digital marketing (financial services/asset management strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of building digital content programs that generate leads, accelerate pipelines, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of B2B and B2C content marketing, funnel management, lead nurturing, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar CMS/automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of investment products, advisor needs, and investor journeys.
- Expertise in analytics, SEO, and performance measurement, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
