The Surveillence Supervisor supervises the day to day operations of the Surveillence department. Based on operational needs and as directed by the Surveillence director. Performs technical work in installing, maintaining, repairing, and training in the use of technical surveillence equipment. Repsonsible for monitoring the premises using electronic surveillence equipment and reports suspicious activities in compliance with the company's policies and procedures, internal control procedures and New Brunswick Lotteries and Gaming corporation (NBLGC) Casino surveillence standards, policies and procedures.
•Maintain a valid Gaming control registration •Completes routine surveillence on the gaming floor indentifying potential problems. such as poor game protection, suspicious individuals, and acting as a support unit to other departments in relation to the protection of company assets •Strictly adhere to the compliance of all departmental, NBLCG and Gaming Control Branch policies and procedures •Maintains accurate logs of all procedure violations or completing reviews of all materials that is pertinent to site operations
