What you will do
The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities, including:
- Develop custom applications with D365 CRM/Power Apps, enhanced with AI and Copilot technologies.
- Automate workflows and business processes with Power Automate, integrating AI for smarter workflows.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards/reports using Power BI, leveraging AI for deeper insights.
- Participate in cutting-edge work around AI, utilizing tools such as OpenAI, LLM, GPT, Copilot, and others to enhance business solutions and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with teams for requirements gathering and understand business processes.
- Translate business needs into D365 CRM/ Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot/debug D365/ CRM Power Platform solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform features, AI advancements, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization and efficiency.
The successful candidate must have the following criteria:
- 3+ years hands-on experience in developing, customizing and integrating Microsoft solutions including Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
- Skilled in building model-driven and Canvas apps using Power Apps.
- Capable of configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, web resources and scripts.
- Experienced in integrating systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE using SOAP, XML, and REST APIs.
- Knowledgeable in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Able to produce high-quality technical documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Microsoft and/or Azure Certifications are a plus.
- A university degree with a preference for computer engineering, computer science or related background.
