Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy, this role provides comprehensive support to the TD Data Strategy team in the areas of business management, stakeholder and colleague engagement, organizational storytelling, and strategic planning . This position is integral to the TD Data Strategy Team, which is responsible driving awareness, connectivity, and alignment across processes, initiatives and priorities to help TD Data its main objective: Deliver fast, trusted data at a lower cost to our stakeholders across the Bank. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring clarity, alignment, and the achievement of shared objectives across the team.

Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of team strategies, ensuring alignment with the broader TD Data vision.
- Assist in preparing and delivering executive-ready presentations and communications, translating complex technical information into clear business stories using PowerPoint or other applications
- Lead ownership and maintenance of the department's TD Central site in SharePoint in support of its objective to drive awareness, understanding and engagement with TD Data across the Bank
- Lead coordination, planning and joint execution of department-level meetings such as All-Hands Calls or other department-wide meetings
- Provide support to fellow Strategy teammates on team-level All Hands Calls where needed
- Provide additional support for management or storytelling of strategic initiatives where needed at the department or team-level (e.g. adoption of Data Products and Data Marketplace across TD) - focusing on distilling complex concepts and recommended actions to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner to influence and gain alignment.
- Provide additional support for VP, Data mandate in ensuring continued cohesion and alignment with federated Data teams in the business through business management and stakeholder engagement activities
- Stay informed on emerging trends in data and AI to strengthen the department's strategy and service to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across business, technology, and partner teams, including BMG, HR, Finance and Change/Communications
Key Assets & Experience:
Education: Undergraduate degree or technical certificate preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience in business management, communications, marketing, strategy, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in executive-level communications and organizational storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing internal colleague events and engagement activities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across business and technology partners.
- Willingness and curiosity to learn and adapt in a change-heavy, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Power Platform is an asset (but not required).
