The mission of the Architecture Department is to manage the development and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Manager/Manager, Architectural Project Manageron the Architecture team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of retail projects, from lease confirmation through construction and post-opening support. Acting as the central point of coordination, the Senior Manager/Manager, Architectural Project Manager ensures projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with Aritzia's brand, operational, and regulatory standards. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of project coordination, from site information, schedules and drawing documentation to code compliance and the seamless integration of engineering systems. As the Senior Manager/Manager, Architectural Project Manager, you will ensure the contributions of external partners & consultants are aligned to internal project requirements, while maintaining quality and accountability throughout. THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure our designs meet all regulatory, code and permitting requirements.
- Manage site information, timelines, drawings, permits, and construction activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee RFIs, shop drawings, site coordination, and contractor communication, tracking and mitigating impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility requirements, and landlord criteria, securing all necessary permits and approvals.
- Coordinate engineering systems integration to meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.
- Manage consultants, ensuring deliverables meet quality expectations and align to project schedules.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager/Manager, Architecture Project Manager has:
- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in the best practices and applications of CAD and REVIT software, AEC applications and building technologies.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
