As a colleague in one of our stores, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction by:
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Ensuring accurate product scanning
• Executing company-directed promotions and programs
• Maintaining product displays, produce knowledge,
-Answer or direct all customer inquiries
-Assist customers in usage of Community Room facilities if applicable
-Coordinate all cooking classes and affiliated programs
-Work closely with the Store Manager or Assistant Manager on special projects
-Ensure all Company and store policies are being followed
-Ensure the Community Room is kept clean and well maintained and stocked up to date
with relevant supplies/products
-Responsible for all Community Room bookings
-Liaison between store management and community groups
-Handle all in store promotions as directed from Store Manager and marketing
-Create new events for the Community Room i. e. Floral/cooking classes,
-Handle community events/involvement and coordinate store entertainment
You must be available for the required shift(s) and be able to lift up to 50 lbs depending on the department.
