The Operation Support Analyst is responsible for the delivery of application and hardware support activities that include consultation, implementation, troubleshooting and training services of information systems and communication devices. In addition to maintaining existing equipement, the Operation Support analyst is also accountable for the technical administration of Casino NB, POS network environments, creation of users and installation of equipment following all the CNB policies and processes. All communications, systems and networks, cell phones, iphone/Android, office phones, ETC along with desktop support and deployment including creation of documentations and Service Legal Agreements pertaining to all systems at CNB.

Key Accountabilites

Maintain a valid Gaming Control Registration

Handle alerts on all parts of our infrastructure as part of a 24X7 on-call rotation

Install, test and upgrade business applications as required in accordance with change management guidelines

Termination of floor and office network cables, data and phone lines, assign to proper reack and test for correct operations

Support the business by ensuring that service levels that are agreed to are being met in all production environments. These include application availability, data intergrity and problem resolution.

Designing, maintaining and supporting the infrastructure required to access corporate data with end-user tools

Coordinate the planning, scheduling and set up/management of the VMware virtual infrastructure environments, procurement of cell phones, and other communication devises

Ensure all applicable Internal Control Manual and Department Procedures and Policies are followed

Manage firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi networks and switches (IPSec and VLAN routing)

Ensure adequate hardware and software resources to effectively accomodate current and future production requirements

Ensure optimum performance and resource utilization of all CNB systems measures the performance against established baselines and service level agreements and provides reports
