CanMar Recruitment is hiringan On-Site Recruitment Partner to support volume hiring needs for one of itsleading clients. The role is based in Atholville, New Brunswick.

You will deliver excellencein recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing and marketingcandidates to clients in an on-site environment. This role focuses on hightouch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus andresponsiveness in client facing activities.
The role will be responsiblefor delivering high volume fast paced hiring for temp to permanent roles in aGeographic area with limited talent. Hence speed, resourcefulness, networkingand creative thinking is required for this role. The role will require a mix ofdesk based and field work.
Remaininformed and knowledgeable of client's business/hiring needs
Participatein client hiring forecasting meetings
Bethe point of contact for Client Hiring Managers and CanMar in supporting theclient account to ensure that talent requirements are being managed in the mostefficient and consistent way at all times in accordance with agreed upon SLA'sand Canmar's high standards
Createand execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting clientexpectations and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements.This includes online job boards, online professional networks, campus visits,participating in industry events, job advertisements, community interactionetc. Plus explore other innovative/creative recruitment solutions
Reviewingand screening submitted applications
Conductingtelephone and in-person interviews and provide shortlists of qualifiedpotential hires
KeepCanMar account team and client updated on hiring status at all times
Preparecandidates before any client interviews
Createand maintain talent pipelines with high potential candidates for other jobopportunities
Keepdetailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignmentsand interview evaluations
Ensurethat Clients Hiring Manager and Candidate communities receive a proactive andtruly excellent service
Maintain records of client information and interaction, including but not limited toresumes, applicant flow, job orders, job requirements, accurate assignmentstart/end dates, profiles, client representative and contact information,pre-interviews, client feedback, customer service issues/resolutions
Performsreference checks and assists with background checks for applicants
Onboardnew employees in order to become fully integrated into the client's workenvironment
Bilingual professional proficiency in English andFrench is a mandatory requirement
Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience as a Recruiter
Personable, Confident, enthusiastic, outgoing, self-starter and anability to work independently with minimum supervision and thrive under a largework-load under tight deadlines
Having own transportation is a mandatory requirement
Be able to start within one weekSecurity clearance may be requested for this position
