The North Island Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Cascadia Liquor locations north of Greater Victoria. Working remotely and reporting into the Operations Manager, the North Island Area Manager will work closely with store General Managers (GMs), the Merchandiser and Educational Trainer to drive operational excellence, provide industry leading customer service, generate revenue, implement strategic initiatives, and provide strong people management. The North Island Area Manager will ensure all policies and procedures are being followed, coach for an elevated guest and team experience, make recommendations on new procedures to drive efficiency, and ensure operational consistencies between all Cascadia Liquor locations.
This position is hands on working closely with the management team to champion the great working environment & culture that has been created by Cascadia Liquor and The Truffles Group. The North Island Area Manager will provide a culture of knowledge, engagement, and trust for our team and guests. Hours of Work
Working hours will generally occur from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The hours of work may vary and may be irregular and will be those hours required to meet the requirements of your job.
