The Opportunity:

WSP is seeking a Municipal Engineering Team Lead for the Fredericton and Moncton Offices. This exciting role entails managing and supporting our technical staff on a diverse range of Municipal and Land Development projects in New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada. What you can expect to do here:

You'll be using your leadership skills to lead a team of 10-15 design staff members.
You'll be using your technical skills to guide and manage design projects.
You'll be managing your resources and reporting on key performance indicators.
You'll leverage your prior experience for strategic initiatives and business development.
You'll be managing relationships with internal and external clients and ensuring that their needs are understood and met, providing your guidance and expertise.
You'll ensure that the appropriate background research and analysis is completed in consultation with the appropriate government agencies;

What you'll bring to WSP:

University or equivalent education or experience in Engineering.
You enjoy leading people and managing resources.
You enjoy managing municipal design projects.
You enjoy networking and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
You've got access to a vehicle, a clean Driver's Abstract, and you know your way around the MS Office suite of products.
You want to be engaged in the local Engineering market and local construction projects.
You thrive on helping clients solve problems and helping junior staff gain confidence in their own problem solving skills
