What will your typical day look like? Manage learning technology projects and provide strong technical advice to cross-organization stakeholders. Includes stakeholder management, vendor management, budget and planning, logistics and scheduling, and team management. You will oversee the execution of the annual learning technology plan and manage software implementations and technology-focused projects in collaboration with ITS. You will use your expertise in learning technology to advise on system and tool usage and create and maintain system processes and governance structures that will support business needs and providing exceptional client service by demonstrating solid understanding of business objectives all while maximizing operational efficiency and client service.
Overseeing the learning analytics portfolio, you will work with analytic partners to develop an understanding of analytic needs and opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, measure and report on the results and the overall impact of L&D programs, services, and operations.
You will continuously cultivate relationships across the L&D Experience portfolio as well as other teams/functions across the greater organization. Collaborates with global learning teams and Member Firms to understand learning opportunities and continually enhance the learning and development experiences for our talent.
You understand the learning and development landscape, trends for future of learning & workforce of the future capabilities and firm and global learning strategy and available resources. With your understanding of the leadership and professional development lifecycle and the requirements and learning priorities for specific talent populations, you will partner with business leaders and learning champions to define learning needs aligned to business objectives and assist in developing annual learning plans to help drive culture and behavioural change (e.g., learning adoption and engagement) and create and deliver a change and communications plan concerning learning and development opportunities and resources.
Who you are You are an experienced leader with learning technology and learning & development strategy and are exceptional at organizing and managing complex projects to create a world-class learning experience for our people. You have strong multi-tasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, can collaborate cross-organizationally with different levels of user sophistication, and are motivated to provide excellent internal customer service.
Enough about us, let's talk about you Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (advanced degree in learning or leadership-related field encouraged)
Years of Experience: 5-7
Qualifications:
• You have 5 - 7 years experience in learning and development or related field. You also have a proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, learning or leadership-related field.
• Extensive experience with learning technology and project management.
• You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Your written and verbal skills are excellent, and you can deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in stakeholders.
• You possess exceptional senior stakeholder management and relationship mastery skills and can build and maintain a strong network with colleagues and stakeholders.
• You have strong technical knowledge of applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, team collaboration sites, along with the ability to adapt to new applications.
• You are energetic and passionate, with the drive for excellence, service, and making things happen.
Going for gold:
• A Masters degree in education, learning technology or related field
• Experience with leadership development initiatives
• Ability to travel in Canada; as needed
