Manage & maintain Employee Info database and files ensuring that data is 100% accurate for all staff including starters, leavers, promotions, leave, absence and part-time employment entitlements.
To ensure the smooth running of the administrativeprocesses within the HR function, particularly those surrounding theon-boarding, off-boarding and recruitment process, providing an efficientrecruitment service to internal customers and candidates alike. Ensure thataccurate information is available on the Intranet and web-sites for bothemployees and prospective employees.
Provide on-going support to HR team, Managers and Employees on systems and processes.
Manage the administration for medical, dental and extended health benefits.
Maintain the HR Intranet pages adding, amending and deleting pages as required, ensuring that the ownership of pages are clearly maintained.
Log and manage details of all applications on a daily basis from all sources, accurately recording candidate details, sources and actions.
Manage the recording, circulation, distribution and filing of resumes, investigating and resolving delays affecting agreed service levels.
Ensure that rejection reasons for candidates are clear. Conducting spot checks on rejections and alerting the appropriate manager of any concerns or observations.
Monitor the KPIs for recruitment in conjunction with the HR team members, identify areas of concern to other members of the HR Team as appropriate.
Ensure that the weekly recruitment report is maintained, accurate and circulated in time for the weekly recruitment meeting, and to managers as appropriate.
Co-ordinate the staff onboarding program. Identify ways to raise the profile of the scheme in conduction with the Recruitment Advisor.
Co-ordinate the organization of recruitment events, open evenings and fairs. Representing the company at these events as needed.
Book interviews for candidates ensuring that the candidate experience is good and managers have all the information and paperwork needed at least 24 hours provide the information.
Produce job offers and contracts for successful candidates, within 24hrs of the decision being made to offer. Communicate the job offer effectively, take up references and confirm start date and arrangements.
Ensure managers, IT and Office Services receive the maximum notification of new starters as possible
Provide general HR admin support to the HR Team including the productionof correspondence, meeting bookings and supporting project activities asneeded.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
1-2 years progressively responsible human resources experience.
Strong critical thinking skills and an ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
The ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise good judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
An ability to thrive and multi-task within a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
