Supervisors provide valuable guidance, lead by example and excel at all facets of people management. Unleash motivation, engage talented people and drive sales for the establishment. Responsible for the effective use of all assigned personnel to achieve maximum operating results, revenue tracking and cost of sales control. Other duties include, but are not limited to: provides direction to Team Members on an assigned shift, interviewing, selecting and training Team Members, conduct performance reviews, Supervise the day to day operation of the assigned outlet and monitor appearance of food served and communicate any deviation from standard to Kitchen Supervisor.Working Conditions
•Must be able to work on feet for prolonged periods of time. •Must be able to have a sense of urgency and react to changing business demands •Must be 19 years of age or older •Work within a 24/7 operation with ability to work flexible hours when required (days, evening, nights, weekends and holidays) •Willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization, standards and position, and/or obtain and maintain an NBLGC license registration •Must have employment eligibility in Canada Knowledge and Skills Required
