Job Description:

Join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager To be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years’ of experience in a customer service-related role
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of social channels relevant to the company’s success
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
