The Role

At Cymax Group Quality Assurance means ensuring top customer experience. As the Quality Assurance Trainer, you play a key role in championing the customers’ experience, by delivering clear and engaging training to the team on our best practices. This will include both the design and delivery of learning sessions and modules.

The Team

Built on the foundation of service, the Operations team strives to provide our customers with impeccable service through all channels. By working with carriers, manufacturers, marketplaces, and just about every department internally, this team ensures a smooth experience from order to delivery and is one of the most collaborative groups at Cymax. With weekly huddles celebrating the previous week’s wins to regular training and coaching, this cohesive team supports each other to achieve the highest level of success while having fun.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure all new hires are trained in the virtual classroom and on-the-job training on requirements and processes of each department
  • Conduct all recurrent training
  • Ensure adequate Order Support is in place for team members
  • Maintain training files and records
  • Ensure the completion of quality audits of at least 100% of the Operational team employees per month
  • Create and maintain Training Modules for all aspects of the Operational teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing staff education
  • Works with Associate Manager, Customer Service Training & Development and Quality Assurance & Training Department members to develop training modules on Confluence
  • Ensure departmental guidelines are followed to support all internal procedures
  • Track the quality control process to promote compliance, process enhancement, and efficiency
  • Makes leadership aware of any potential derogatory issues identified during the quality process and works in collaboration with the team to resolve identified issues
  • Communicate with Operational teams regarding new policies and processes and ensure documentation of processes and policies is kept up-to-date and in compliance with current specifications
  • Ensure that staff is meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Handle any reports or information requested by management
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

 Who You Are:

  • Experience in a training/coaching role
  • Able to problem solve and make informed decisions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
