The Opportunity
The Role

The Reboot Plus Replicate Coordinator plays a key role in the successful replication of the Reboot Plus program in two Canadian locations. This position involves close collaboration with partner colleges, school districts, boards of trade, and PEERs Education and Employment Services. The Coordinator will work alongside the CCSP to ensure clear communication, timely issue resolution, and effective program delivery.

Key Responsibilities


Program Coordination


    • Oversee day-to-day delivery of Reboot Plus Replicate, ensuring contractual outcomes are met.
    • Monitor partner spending and budget requests to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance with College and funder policies.
    • Prepare project reports for the CCSP and funders as required.
    • Ensure all program documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Liaise with the Reboot- CEF Facilitator regarding program delivery. Reboot- CEF is a parallel program supported by the Children's Education Fund for delivery of Reboot in Metro Vancouver.
    • Monitor curriculum adaptations for copyright compliance.
    • Prepare data and materials for local and national team meetings.
    • Keep the CCSP informed of project developments.



Partner Services


    • Provide ongoing support to partner colleges to ensure successful program replication.
    • Address partner concerns and facilitate timely resolution.
    • Support partner colleges in their engagement with school districts and boards of trade.
    • Collect and compile narrative and financial reports from partner colleges.
    • Chair monthly meetings with partner colleges and managerial partners (PEERs).
    • Assist partner colleges in acquiring and delivering assessments and participant supports.
Administrative Duties

    • Assist the CCSP in managing program budgets in accordance with policies and claim deadlines.
    • Represent Douglas College to community partners and stakeholders.
    • Support the Training Group's Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015).
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT IT TAKES

    • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
    • Proven experience in program setup and coordination.
    • Knowledge of labour market program management, including outcome tracking and funder communication.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Comfort working with participants experiencing mental health challenges.
    • Satisfactory completion of a criminal record check.
Additional Information
This contract position is 40 hours per week located at the New Westminster Campus. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
