Job Description:

As part of the TD Merchant Solutions Client Relations outbound team you will play one of the most important roles in supporting our customers. This is an exciting time to join a growing and developing team and be a change maker for our customers and the TDMS business.

Department Overview:

At TD Merchant Solutions we provide the tools and technical support for our customer's payment solutions needs. We strive to build deep and long- lasting relationships with our customers. By understanding their needs and providing acquiring solutions, our purpose is to help our business customers achieve their financial goals. We are looking for brand champions, relationship builders, and leading professionals with an understanding of market and economic trends that can build legendary customer experiences. You'll support customers and internal/external partners with a variety of financial services outbound/inbound calls in support of Product driven projects and initiatives, proactive engagement campaigns and account management activities. Join our TD Merchant Solutions Client Relations team and think like a customer, act like an owner, innovate with purpose and execute with an impact.

Every day, you will:

• Provide customers with the best solutions and offer advanced guidance and expertise on how TD Merchant Solutions can help them meet their financial needs now and in the future.

• Deliver outstanding inbound and/or outbound advice and service and/or sales support to moderately to highly complex transactions related to financial products and services with an aim to provide complete and correct solutions the first time.

• Act as an advice process/product expert to play a key role in addressing customer concerns should they arrive and, be accountable for problem solving and/or raising matters to the appropriate people.

• Work towards achieving set goals while being an ambassador for innovation by offering legendary experiences and trusted advice.

• Implement advice and customer service procedures and approaches to complete work efficiently.

• Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other's knowledge and support your co-workers to resolve customer issues.

Job Requirements:

• Sound expertise and knowledge of Merchant Solutions pricing, products, systems, processes and business and operational functions

• Relevant and demonstrated experience in customer facing support

• Tactful and diplomatic communicator able to exchange ideas and information with customers, partners and management in a concise and logical way

• Possess computer & multi-tasking skills.

• Thrive in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.

• A self-starter with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

• Are passionate, engaging and have a desire to consistently and compassionately deliver superior customer experience.

• Hours of operation: 10am - 6pm; Monday to Friday

Bilingual FR is required for the role.
